Movie clip - Tacq violating the Pornomobile
Well, now lots of things is happening.. The last few weeks a new xmember has been built, intercooler and oilcooler been fit in place, exhaust manifold, turbo and inlet manifold has been bolted onto the cylinder head, the head has been bolted to the engine, water and oil lines has been made, pressure pipes has been built... We'll hope that the car will be "finished" this friday, because on saturday it's the yearly emmaboda meeting! One big problem is that my wastegate was really, really worn, but Lewan has given it to his porsce mech contact Sune, so if everything goes well, I'll have a renovated and ported wastegate by friday... I have put up a funny video clip that i recieved last week, it shows when Tacq is violating my car!

Picked up the new inlet manifold from Furan at Elmia yesterday, looks great...
We're in action again!

And we're in action! Went to kalmar yesterday and messed around a bit with the car. Everything that is suppose to be removed is now removed; exhaust, cyl. head, exhaust manifold, turbo, inlet manifold and intercooler. Test mounted the Raceware studs and lifted the cyl. head into place with the exhaust manifold and turbo, looks really FAT. A bit tight though, the mount for the stock air filter housing touches the turbo exhaust side, so I get to cut that loose, great 
! A bigger problem is to get the MAF and air filter into place, it's really, really tight there, and i can't cut in the headlight...
Exhaust and intake

Well, some things have happened anyway... Got the shortshift kit a couple of weeks ago, and last week I got an inlet and exhaust manifold from RS Tuning. I'm not going to use the inlet manifold myself though, because I have another one coming in.. And by the way the car is now in kalmar again!
The Haltech has arrived

Got the Haltech E11 last weekend, will be exciting to get it in place... And hopefully the inlet and exhaust manifold will arrive in two weeks.
Inlet manifold removed... again!

Removed the inlet maifold today. I will perhaps remove some more parts and sell them... So now I better get the new parts on the car before spring, or else I'll have to drive The Audi 100 2.3 powah!
Put away for the winter

Took the car to the body shop last week so now it's in the garage, shiny and clean, awaiting "better days". We'll see what happens this winter. Maybe a Haltech ECU, maybe a new fuel system, maybe... who knows?
Inspected... again.

Ok, enough driving for this year! Made the state inspection of the car last monday and it passed thru with some minor problems. Fact 1: too much oil in the gearbox gets shot out thru the vent hole. Fact 2: They dont like oily engines/gearboxes on the state inspection . And yeah, the right front drive shaft was VERY loose...wierd! Anyways, I should book a time at the body shop, then the car will be put back into the garage, hopefully before the end of the month.
Intercooler and Gotland

Just been driving and driving... Just remembered that I forgot to write that i got a new intercooler inte the end of may... And I also have put up some new pictures that Lewan took of the car on Gotland.
