I spent a few hours in the garage today and tried the brakes on the car. I think I have the solution for the new bracket. I will use the original RS6 bracket as a starting point but new bracket will be rotated 180 degrees and adjusted so that the caliper is moved 4.5mm out from the bracket and also 2mm closer to the spokes of the wheel.
